Using movement as metaphor, Kendra Kirane offers an alternative language for clients to express feelings, deepen self-awareness, and honor well-being.  Movement psychotherapy and authentic movement are paths to establish a healthy relationship to the body, overcome addiction, recover from trauma, and nurture a safe space to talk. Clients deepen the ability to know themselves, connect with others authentically, and improve their overall sense of self in the world.

Whether in the form of movement or talk, individual or group, sessions focus on bolstering self-esteem, gaining curiosity with kindness and compassion, and sustaining a healthy relationship to the body.
